Catering 

• Help direct catering lines, communicate with hotel staff when food is getting low, and help those with dietary restrictions receive their proper meal. 

Onsite Registration

• Greet people, help them find their name tags, and give general information

Information Booth 

• Be knowledgeable with all aspects of the event in order to answer attendees questions. 

Usher

• Help people find seats and assist people as needed before and during the plenary sessions. Also, assist with collecting misplaced items after the sessions and turning them into the Information Booth. 

Workshop Room Guides

• Help people find their workshop room and assist people as needed before and during the breakout sessions. Also, assist with collecting misplaced items after the workshops and turning them into the Information Booth.

Centerpieces

• We need people to help put together centerpieces, set them up prior to the event, and take them down after the event. 

Workshop Logistics 

• Check on workshop presenters prior to their workshop to ensure they have what they need.

Prayer Team 

• Pray for all aspects of the event. Be available onsite to pray with attendees.
