Eddie has served with The Navigators in several roles since he met them as a university freshman in 1974. These include collegiate ministries in four states, an overseas tour in Russia, & 17 years on the leadership team of the US Navigators where his focus was ethnic diversity. He now serves as International Vice President on The Navigators International Executive Team where he provides spiritual oversight for The Navigator’s work in Eurasia and the Global Student Program. He holds a Master of Arts in New Testament from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. He & his wife, Barbie, who frequently travels with him in ministry, live in Colorado Springs, CO.

Eddie Broussard

Marvin Campbell came to faith his freshman year of high school. He met The Navigators in 1985 at the U.S. Naval Academy when a Navigator student invited Marvin to read the Bible with him. Since beginning volunteer work with The Navigators in 1994, and joining staff full-time in 2002, Marvin has served in various leadership roles in Military, Neighbors, Collegiate, 20s, Workplace, Cities, and Field ministries. He was selected to be The Navigators U.S. President in 2021.

Marvin Campbell

Mike grew up in England. He came to faith through the Navigator ministry in college. After graduating, he worked as a Engineer & married Chris in 1971. They joined the British Navigators to lead a ministry at the University of South Hampton. Mike made visits to Nigeria & went to lead a team that pioneered the Navigator work in Nigeria. In 1981, he was the Africa Director. For 16 years they lived in Nairobi, Kenya, & ministered in many African countries. In 1998, Mike was the International Vice President. They moved to Colorado Springs from where Mike gave oversight to the Navigator ministries in Europe, Russia, Australia, & New Zealand. In 2005, Mike became the International President of the worldwide Navigator work until 2015. Mike & Chris now divide their time between England & Colorado. They are passionate about teaching the Scriptures, coaching emerging leaders, investing in others & in their family of three married children & eight grandchildren!

Mike Treneer

Originally from New York, General Counsel & VP of Cultural & Community Affairs Wanda has lived in Colorado Springs since 1996. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Regent University School of Law, & her Bachelor of Arts in mass media from Hampton University. She joined The Navigators in 2016 after an extensive career as corporate legal counsel. Stating in 2024, Wanda oversees our four ethnic Networks. She served as co-pastor of Solid Rock Christian Center with her husband, Rev. Benjamin. They recently retired from the pastorate after 19 years. They also lead Solid Rock Community Development Corporation, an organization seeking to revitalize the underserved neighborhood of southeast Colorado Springs. She believes transformation occurs when hearts & minds are open to the Holy Spirit. Two of her favorite hobbies are reading/writing poetry. She & Ben have been married since 1996 & have four daughters & ten grandchildren.

Wanda Anderson

Dr. Jerry White is International President Emeritus & Chairman Emeritus of the U.S. Board of Directors of The Navigators. He has a PhD in Astronautics from Purdue. He was Associate Professor of Astronautics at the Air Force Academy & co-authored Fundamentals of Astrodynamics. He was a mission controller at Cape Kennedy in the space program. He was a Major General in the Air Force, & on the Reserve Forces Policy Board. He was Vice Chairman of the Air and Space Forces Association. He is also a registered professional engineer, a member of the Tau Beta Pi Honorary Engineering Society, Associate Fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics & Astronautics. He is on the Board of Directors of the Christian Leadership Alliance, The Lausanne Movement & New Horizons Foundation. He has been involved with The Navigators through his student days & military career. He served as the International President of The Navigators for 18 1/2 years. Jerry & Mary have 4 children, 11 grandchildren & 3 great grandchildren. He enjoys his family, handball, discipleship & leading bible studies.
