Picks up from The Colorado Springs Airport or DIA and drops off at the following locations only: 

• The DoubleTree Hotel Colorado Springs
• Colorado Springs Airport
• The Antlers Hotel
• The Academy Hotel
• Colorado Springs Park-n-Ride

Please note that you will need to get a ride or take an Uber or Lyft to the DoubleTree if taking the shuttle from DIA to one of the above locations, and are not being dropped off directly at the DoubleTree.

• We recognize that there is a financial cost to attending the Senior Navigators Celebration, and we’ve had some generous people give to our assistance fund to help.
• Before you register, if you find that you and/or your spouse need financial assistance to cover the cost of the conference registration, please email NavSeniorCelebration25@navigators.org and “SNC25 Financial Assistance” in the subject line.

If you cancel by April 7, 2025, you will be refunded all but $50 per person. No refunds will be given on or after April 8, 2025, unless the cancellation is due to a major medical issue. These fees help offset the expenses already incurred in anticipation of your attendance. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used.

• Transportation for yourself.
• Transportation for your spouse if he or she is considered Navigators staff. (Spouses of Navigator representatives and Navigator interns are usually considered staff.)
• Conference registration.
• Hotel registration for the days you’re there on Navigator business.
  • For your hotel room charges paid by p-card to be tax-exempt, you must  download the tax-exempt form, print it, fill it out, and have it with you upon check-in.
• Entertainment related to your staff team.
• Meals for you and your spouse that are not provided during the conference.

Please let us know of your dietary needs when you register. The hotel is able to provide special meals for those who are gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegetarian. We will do what we can to accommodate other specific food allergies.
